Andrew Horton Named Head of Technology of kildeq

Zurich, February 11, 2026 –  kildeq, a Swiss technology company building working capital and supply chain finance solutions, has today announced the appointment of Andrew Horton as Head of Technology.

Andrew brings more than 30 years of consulting experience working with fintechs and high-growth startups, advising on technology-led transformation, product delivery and scale. He previously served as a consultant to kildeq, joining the company in July 2025 to support a broad transformation agenda across governance, compliance, operations and technology delivery. 

In his new role, Andrew will place kildeq’s technical strategy at the center of its business while working in close partnership with the Chief Product Officer to support and execute the company’s product strategy. By tightening collaboration and feedback loops between customer-facing product and engineering teams, Andrew will drive faster, high-quality delivery of products aligned with customer needs.
